Design Thoughts:

The first thing I did with this photo was straighten up the background, which was slightly crooked. Then I cropped the photo to make the sun peaking through the trees as the main focal point, using the rule of thirds. In camera raw I increased the highlights and clarity of the picture. I also increased the yellow, orange and blue color ranges. Finally I added text to the lower right corner of the picture. I used an orange/yellow color from the sunset as the font color so that it matched. The yellow text tone also contrasts the darkness of the background behind the text and the blueness of the mountains above it.
