My design thoughts/Photoshop tools used:
For this project I made a template for a newsletter for my husband's start up company. I wanted to newsletter to be pretty simple and masculine. I used a green and black color scheme to match the logo of the company. I also created a very hard defined center margin to create a visual line in the page. I converted the picture in newsletter to a smart object so it will be easy to replace monthly.
